It began its operations on January 1, 2018, with a 10-year term, which was extended until 2035 in 2024, maintaining all tax and administrative benefits.

Tax Benefits
MITP offers a unique taxation model in Europe:
- Unified tax rate: 7% of turnover, replacing:
- Corporate income tax
- Personal income tax for employees
- Social and medical insurance contributions
- Other taxes typically required in the standard system

No need to calculate taxes separately — the entire tax burden is covered by the 7% unified tax paid by the company.

Residency Conditions
Who can become a resident of Moldova IT Park?
Any legal or physical person registered in Moldova as a business entity, provided the following conditions are met:
- The company is registered in the Republic of Moldova
- It is not in liquidation or bankruptcy
- At least 70% of the company’s income must come from permitted activities
- The activity is not suspended
- The company is not undergoing restructuring
Permitted Activities (Article 8 of Law No. 77/2016)
IT and Digital Technologies:
- Software development, including custom solutions and games
- Software publishing (operating systems, games, enterprise applications)
- Software testing and support
- IT system consulting and design
- Management and operation of computing systems
- Hosting, data processing, web portal management
Creative Industries and Multimedia:
- Post-production (color correction, sound, effects)
- Recording and editing original audio (for games)
- High-performance equipment-based design
- Research and production:
Production of microprocessors and chips
Research and development in biotechnology
IT education (instructor courses, training)
Outsourcing and Support:
- Call center services (export-only)
- IT staffing services (export-only)
